BIODIESEL PRODUCTION FROM JATROPHA OIL

In 1999, Prof. Frimpong-Boateng established a jatropha plantation in the Town of Gomoah Buduatta in the Central Region of Ghana.The oil from the seeds is cold-pressed and processed into high grade bio-diesel using the trans-esterification method.
